Manual Collection
Manually collected data is collected when the user fills out a contact form, logs into a part of our site or completes a purchase. The data we collect are displayed below. 1) Name ~ Your full name is stored on a secure SQL database which is not accessable. 2) Email ~ This is stored for numrous reasons. It could be because you have filled a contact form, and we need to email you back, or because you are a customer, and the email is part of your login details and referance. 3) Passwords ~ Our client parts of the website, and cPanel login data are essential. That's why we have a secure MySQL database just for passwords (this cannot be accessed by anybody. The passwords inside are SALTED and encrypted with MD5 coding. This means that a password, e.g password would be displayed as a random 30 digit long string. For example: 546c16f47a8503cdf273d92bebf106a1 or 97549da101e42a94eb9180ef9cbdedcc. The only thing that can decode it is our server. 4) Username ~ This helps you to login to our client centre with ease. |
